ROSEMONT, Ill.  – The Big Ten Conference has announced the Big Ten Men’s Soccer awards for the week of October 29-Nov. 3.

Offensive Player of the Week 
Tommy Mihalic, Indiana
Sr. – F – Skokie, Ill. – Niles North – Major: Management

• Totaled two goals and four assists to lead No. 6 Indiana to a pair of wins
• Tallied a brace and a pair of helpers in the Hoosiers’ 6-1 win over Northwestern, clinching a share of the Big Ten championship
• Garners his third Offensive Player of the Week award
• Last Indiana Offensive Player of the Week: Justin Weiss (Oct. 22, 2024)

Defensive Player of the Week  
Alex Barger, Indiana
So. – D – Naperville, Ill. – Naperville North – Major: Marketing

• Paired a goal and two assists as the Hoosiers claimed a pair of wins to end the regular season
• Recorded a goal and assist in Indiana’s regular season finale, a 4-1 win over Trine.  
• Earns his first Defensive Player of the Week award
• Last Indiana Defensive Player of the Week: Quentin Elliot (Oct. 22, 2024)

Goalkeeper of the Week  
Jadon Bowton, Washington
Sr. – Spokane, Wash. – Ferris – Major: Computer Science

• Notched a career best six saves in a 1-0 win at then-No. 25 UCLA
• Recorded his third consecutive clean sheet
• Earns his second Goalkeeper of the Week award
• Last Washington Goalkeeper of the Week: Jadon Bowton (Sept. 24, 2024)

Freshman of the Week  

Charlie Heuer, Indiana
Fr. – M – Elmhurst, Ill. – York Community – Major: Business

• Paired two goals and two assists as the Hoosiers went 2-0 last week
• Notched a goal and assisted on the eventual game-winning goal in Indiana’s 6-1 win over Northwestern that clinched a share of the Big Ten title
• Earns his second Freshman of the Week award
